These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of products from HamzaSkin. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and Prices
All products are described in detail on their individual pages.
Prices include applicable VAT.
Delivery fee of €3 is added to each order.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Orders
Orders are placed through our website.
Once your payment is successful, you will receive an email confirmation.
When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive another email with tracking details.
You can cancel your order before it is shipped by emailing us.
4. Payment Methods
We accept:
Credit/Debit Cards (processed securely via Stripe)
PayPal
All payments are handled by third-party processors. We do not store your payment data.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to Greece and the Greek part of Cyprus.
Estimated delivery time: 3 business days.
Orders are shipped via ACS or BOXNOW.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.
6. Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective.
If your product arrives broken or faulty, email us within 2 days of receiving it with photos or video proof.
We will replace the item at no extra cost after confirming the issue.
No refunds are given for personal reasons or if the package has been opened.
7. Right of Withdrawal
As our products are personal skincare items, opened packages cannot be returned.
Under EU law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed personal care items once opened.
8. Liability
HamzaSkin is not liable for allergic reactions or misuse of the products.
Customers are responsible for reading ingredient lists and usage instructions.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Greek law.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Athens, Greece.
